Ali Wilson was born in the parish of St. Mary Jamaica, where he started his early child hood education at Clonmel Primary and Junior high school. He recalled loving music at the tender age of eight. His keen interest in music started when he became acquainted with many musical artists and was introduced to the drums while working as a mechanic, repairing radios and musical instruments. During his early teens, engineering became a primary interest in his life in which it became his passion. He continued to pursue

After exploring different venues, Ali Wilson an energetic, vibrant and talented young man grew stronger into the music industry. He produced artist such as Lenn Hammond, Cutty Ranks, Aaron Silk and so on. He then migrated to the united States after he established his own recording Label which is known as “Willow tree Records”. While in the US, he reestablished his self on the air waves on WAVS 1170 Radio station and created his own radio talk show known as The “Roots Corner Show”. The Roots Corner Show has got a lot of love and ratings in south Florida and is growing strong. The legendary Bob Marley was a great inspiration in Ali Wilson’s life. He is a true lover of roots
